    Deadlines to claim scholarship: August 31st (Fall) and January 31st (Spring)
  • IMPORTANT: (Summer and Winter Semesters are only permitted for approved Vocational/Technical/Athlete Scholars)

  • Project GRAD Scholarships can only be claimed by scholars who are enrolled in a full-time program (12+ credit hours) or whatever determines full-time status for institution unless prior approval for special circumstances.

  • By signing below, the student declares that all information provided in this document is accurate and they agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Project GRAD Scholarship agreement. They also understand that:

    • Students have up to five (5) years to use but not exceed $4000 in scholarship money. Scholarships are disbursed per semester/tri-mester/quarter. 
    • Students can defer their 1st time claim for up to one (1) year after HS graduation. 
    • While continuous enrollment is expected, students may have an enrollment lapse at a college(s) and remain in good standing. (Must notify GRAD office)
    • Students must be enrolled and classified by credit/clock hours of the attending accredited academic institution as a full-time student per semester/quarter units. If a student drops under the required full-time status during the semester, future scholarship disbursements may be reduced or suspended until appropriate status is attained.
    • Students may not receive a scholarship when attending a college or technical school part-time.
    • Students must contact the GRAD Office immediately when dropping below full-time, contact information has changed, or when transferring schools.
    • Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) or better each semester to remain in good standing for the scholarship.
